Faizan Zaheer

Specialist Periodontist

Faizan Zaheer is a specialist in Periodontology (specialist in gum disease) and has a Masters Degree in Research. he has a number of prestigious publications on the topic of gum grafting and is regularly involved with ongoing research at the University of Manchester. He also teaches Periodontology at Manchester Dental Hospital.

Faizan graduated from the University College Cork Dental School in 2009 achieving multiple undergraduate awards, including the prestigious national “H.H. Stuart prize in Dentistry” and multiple university scholarships. In time he has gained a wide variety of clinical and academic experience. He has worked  in a general dental practice, Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and in both University and general dental hospital settings.

Faizan takes pride in delivering the highest level of clinical care using the most up to date methods and techniques. He is very popular among his patients and is held in high regard by his colleagues.

Apart from his professional attributes he is an accomplished classical and electric guitarist.In his spare time he is a keen player and spectator of footbal. He is also fond of art and has a modest potrfolio of charcoal and pencil sketches.
