WE HAVE WORKED HARD TO ENSURE A PROMPT RETURN FOR OUR PATIENTS IN THE SAFEST POSSIBLE ENVIRONMENT. WE SIGNIFICANTLY VALUE YOUR HELP WITH ANY NEW OR ADJUSTED WAYS OF WORKING AT THE PRACTICE.

How Will My Appointment Differ?
We have created a leaflet to explain what to do when you attend the surgery.
It is important to read this before attending.
Please Note we have a strict ‘by appointment only’ policy in place for the time being.
Please only come to the surgery if you have a pre-arranged appointment.

Getting our Patients seen Without Delay
We have been working hard to prepare to enable us to see all our patients promptly.
We are phasing our opening and will be prioritising patients in the following order:
- Patients who have contacted us during lock-down with outstanding immediate needs and urgent problems.
- Patients with treatment, examinations and hygienist appointments that were postponed due to lock-down.
- Patients who require routine examinations and hygienist appointments.
We will be in touch and do our best to see patients who have been waiting as quickly as possible.
Things will work and look a bit differently but its still us behind the masks! We have prepared a leaflet for you as above.
